Where psychology meets work, wellbeing and performance.

Work and life are deeply connected.

The exhaustion that follows you home from a hard week, the tension that shows up in how you lead a team, the way an old relationship pattern resurfaces in a new one. I work with people and organisations at the place where those things overlap.

You might be lying awake running through tomorrow's to-do list. Snapping at people you love after a day of holding it together at work. Dreading Monday in a way that's become background noise. Or simply sensing that something needs to shift, without yet knowing what.

As a registered Organisational Psychologist, I work with individuals through counselling and coaching, and with organisations through EAP services and corporate workshops.

My aim is simple: to make psychology useful by helping people understand themselves and their patterns more clearly, meet challenges with flexibility, and move forward with intention.

Coaching

I partner with organisations to offer Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.

EAP is designed to support individuals in navigating personal or professional challenges, offering a safe, independent space for employees to access professional support when they need.

I offer coaching for leaders, founders and high-performers who are navigating pressure, overwhelm, self-doubt, and wellbeing.

Coaching may be a good fit for you if you are ready to focus on specific challenges or goals. Coaching focuses on where you are now, where you want to be, and what you can do to get there.

Sessions are practical, solution-focused and action-oriented, supporting clients to build insight, identify opportunities and take meaningful steps forward.

Corporate

I partner with organisations to deliver evidence-based workshops and employee assistance program (EAP) services.

Workshops are customised to your organisation’s needs, providing relevant insights and equipping employees and leaders with practical tools they can apply immediately to support wellbeing, resilience and performance.

EAP services support individuals in navigating personal or professional challenges, offering a safe, independent space for employees to access professional support when they need.
