Who I work with:

What people come
to see me for:

  • Stress, burnout or feeling exhausted by work

  • Feeling driven to achieve but finding it difficult to slow down

  • Overthinking, anxiety or getting caught in unhelpful thinking patterns

  • Navigating career decisions, workplace challenges or leadership pressures

  • Adjusting to life changes that have left you feeling uncertain or overwhelmed

  • Wanting to understand yourself better and build healthier ways of responding to life's challenges

  • Feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you

I work with adults navigating personal and professional challenges and are looking for a space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and move forward with greater clarity and intention. Some people come to see me because they're feeling overwhelmed, anxious or emotionally exhausted. Others are navigating work-related stress, leadership challenges, relationship challenges, major life changes, or simply feel like something isn't quite working the way it used to.

How I can support
you:

Whether these experiences have been with you for some time or have only recently started to feel different, counselling offers a space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and explore what feels most important to you.

I work collaboratively, tailoring each session to your goals, strengths and what feels most helpful for you. We'll move at a pace that feels right, balancing thoughtful reflection with practical strategies you can apply. I draw on evidence-based approaches including CBT and ACT, alongside coaching psychology and insights from neuropsychology.

My aim isn't simply to help you cope but to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and greater confidence in navigating whatever comes next.
